Original Report recording {name removed} at skatepark and we noticed a ufo in the background of the video
We didnt actually see it when we were there. We noticed it later when we were watching a 3 second video of my son {name removed} doing a trick on his scooter.
Evidence included with original report The witness supplied an MP4 video file. According to Wisconsin's State Director,

If you slow down the video, an object passes by during the video. It appears in three frames near the light on the right and disappears.
The witness has also posted the video on Youtube.
